About the role
- Lead HPE Financial Services' business development initiatives with HPE Networking.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with WW BU and GTM teams.
- Drive the systemic integration of HPEFS capabilities into HPEN solutions.
- Establish a proactive product lifecycle management plan in partnership with GBU product management team.
- Actively track and report results to key HPEFS and HPEN stakeholders.
- Ensure GTM teams fully understand key HPEN GTM initiatives where HPEFS is integral.
- Lead and manage a virtual team across the geographic area to drive business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- High knowledge of the Networking industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HPEN’s product and services offerings, and routes to market.
- 8+ years’ experience in business development, product management, technical pre-sales or solution architect for HPEN.
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results.
- Demonstrated proficiency in establishing collaborative and productive relationships with senior level executives.
- Proficient in utilizing data and digital tools to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
- Highly developed project/program management and change management skills.
- Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen.
- Experience integrating financial solutions into broader business unit strategies or GTM initiatives.
