About the role

  • Technical documentation: Create and maintain operating, maintenance, repair and commissioning manuals
  • Online learning & training: Develop didactically prepared learning content for our online learning system and the internal training department
  • Safety and warning notices: Draft standards-compliant notices, taking risk assessment into account
  • Subject-matter coordination: Independently research technical content and coordinate it with the responsible specialist departments, especially development
  • Special projects: Take on exciting cross-departmental tasks and contribute your own ideas

Requirements

  • Education/degree: You have vocational training or a degree in Technical Communication or a technical qualification with the corresponding additional qualification/professional experience
  • Professional experience: You have experience in structured, XML-based documentation (e.g. DITA)
  • Software skills: You are proficient with DTP tools such as Adobe FrameMaker and have basic knowledge of graphic and illustration tools
  • Language skills: You have very good German and English language skills
  • Analytical & didactic skills: You present complex technical content clearly and understandably
  • Self-responsibility: You work independently, well organized and motivated
