About the role

  • Install, commission and maintain our inspection equipment directly at customer sites
  • Perform inspections, modifications and repairs on existing devices and machinery
  • Diagnose technical faults and resolve them independently and efficiently
  • Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment and provide technical support
  • Coordinate appointments, spare parts deliveries and technical matters in close cooperation with customers and internal departments
  • Support our customers primarily in Germany, occasionally in Europe and rarely worldwide

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification
  • You work independently, are service-oriented and have a strong quality awareness
  • You demonstrate empathy, openness and intercultural competence when dealing with international customers
  • You are flexible and willing to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally internationally
  • You have good English skills, particularly in technical contexts
  • You collaborate reliably with colleagues and customers and take responsibility while working in the field
