About the role
- On-site service: Install, commission and provide technical support for our inspection devices directly at the customer’s site
- Maintenance & servicing: Perform inspections, repairs and modifications on existing devices and machinery
- Troubleshooting: Analyze technical faults and resolve them quickly and independently
- User training: Train customers in the operation and maintenance of our systems and support them in day-to-day use
- Interface communication: Coordinate service calls, spare parts and technical inquiries with internal departments and customers
- International assignments: Represent our company at customer sites – primarily in Germany, occasionally elsewhere in Europe and rarely worldwide
Requirements
- Education: You have completed training as an electronics technician or hold a comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience
- Working style: You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high standard of quality
- Customer orientation: You demonstrate a friendly manner, empathy and intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel: You are flexible and open to changing assignments – nationwide and occasionally international
- Language skills: You have good English skills, especially in technical contexts
- Teamwork: You are reliable, communicative and enjoy collaborating with customers and colleagues
