About the role

  • Execute payroll, including calculation of salaries, vacation pay, 13th-month salary and terminations, under guidance.
  • Submit events to e-Social, monitoring and resolving possible inconsistencies.
  • Assist with payroll closing and the issuance of INSS, IRRF and FGTS payments via DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital.
  • Organize and track admission, termination and vacation documentation, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
  • Control and record medical certificates and leaves of absence, entering the necessary data into the system.
  • Monitor payments related to the Personnel Department, ensuring correct postings in the system and forwarding information to Finance and Tax teams.
  • Support internal and external audits when requested.
  • Keep files and controls up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Personnel Department/payroll routines.
  • Experience with the PROTHEUS system.
  • Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
