About the role
- Manage the interviewing, logistics, compliance reporting, and applicant tracking best practices
- Exemplify talent brand for Arcwood and set the stage for a best in class candidate and new hire experience
- Act as an ambassador for candidates interviewing both onsite and virtually
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Arcwood’s Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs)
- Manage virtual or onsite interviews, ensuring timely communication with all parties
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with posting job openings
- Conduct initial resume screening and sourcing
- Manage start dates and facilitate flow of candidates to post-offer screening and onboarding
- Troubleshoot iCIMS issues and liaise with vendor support
- Monitor key metrics and implement process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in HR, administration and/or recruiting (required)
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and talent acquisition tools/job boards (required)
- Knowledge of and experience working with affirmative action documentation and applicable data reporting (preferred)
