About the role

  • Manage the interviewing, logistics, compliance reporting, and applicant tracking best practices
  • Exemplify talent brand for Arcwood and set the stage for a best in class candidate and new hire experience
  • Act as an ambassador for candidates interviewing both onsite and virtually
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Arcwood’s Applicant Tracking System (iCIMs)
  • Manage virtual or onsite interviews, ensuring timely communication with all parties
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with posting job openings
  • Conduct initial resume screening and sourcing
  • Manage start dates and facilitate flow of candidates to post-offer screening and onboarding
  • Troubleshoot iCIMS issues and liaise with vendor support
  • Monitor key metrics and implement process enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, administration and/or recruiting (required)
  • Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System and talent acquisition tools/job boards (required)
  • Knowledge of and experience working with affirmative action documentation and applicable data reporting (preferred)
