About the role

  • Responsible for outside sales, new business development, and account management with assigned accounts/customers
  • Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery, with travel up to 80% of the time
  • Increase sales revenue and profit dollars by identifying potential new accounts and soliciting orders through personal sales calls
  • Foster sales relationships with target accounts
  • Prepare, submit, and interpret periodic reports on activities, sales volume, and expenses
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and training programs; represent company at trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required); focus within sales, business, marketing or science (preferred)
  • 3+ years of proven industry related sales experience (required) -OR- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of proven industry related sales experience (required)
