About the role
- Drafting employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment references/certificates
- Managing vacation days and working hours/time tracking
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Communication with health insurance providers, authorities, and payroll
- Point of contact for team questions regarding contracts, salary, leave, and working time accounts
- Driving employer branding initiatives
- Supporting the recruiting process and conducting independent interviews depending on experience
- Coordinating department-specific training and feedback meetings
- Organizing team events
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk)
- Further training or professional experience in Human Resources is an advantage
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Analytical thinking and a structured working approach
- Strong communication skills, including by phone and email
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of SAP and employment law is an advantage
