About the role
- Implement HR processes professionally from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support employees and managers on all HR-related and employment law matters.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, certificates and HR-related correspondence.
- Support change processes and contribute ideas.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources or an equivalent further qualification.
- Initial experience in operational and strategic HR management.
- Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security law.
- Strong service orientation and consulting skills.
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP.
