About the role
- Independent responsibility for managing a defined customer segment within the private label area
- Responsibility for private labels, assortments and products throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Development of market-oriented, consumer-relevant and target-group-appropriate product concepts
- Close collaboration with Sales, Product Development and other internal stakeholders
- Conducting market and competitor analyses together with Category Management
- Taking on cross-functional tasks and projects within product management
Requirements
- Degree in a marketing-related subject (university/college) or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant work experience
- Ideally, initial experience in product or brand management, in retail or in the consumer goods industry
- Alternatively, experience in the food sector or private label segment
- Good sense for market trends, consumer needs and product potential
- Analytical thinking, strong conceptual skills and a structured way of working
- Team orientation, strong communication skills, and a customer- and service-oriented mindset
