About the role
- Responsibility for your area across all HR functions – from onboarding to offboarding
- Advise managers on personnel matters
- Responsible for all recruiting activities
- Implement employment law requirements and monitor compliance
- Lead and participate in group-wide HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in HR or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security regulations
- Strong service orientation and self-motivation
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally experience with SAP
