• Build the processes that power multi-state care delivery; oversee day-to-day operations and clinical coordination.
• Turn partnership and payer agreements into operational reality.
• Continue building HR, compliance, and onboarding systems; nurture a trauma-informed, accountable, values-driven culture.
• Keep the organization running smoothly — ensuring clarity, follow-through, and strong internal communication.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff / Head of Product to align operational systems with product and technology.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO, who leads vision, growth, payer and state partnerships, investor relations, and talent.
