Sales

• Create and maintain customer relationships resulting in sales of products and/or services.
• This is a B2B sales position with sales focus on the multi-family markets in Texas, along with parks and rec, camping, college campus, and other markets using our products and services.
• Through self-driven online research, cold calling, relationship building, and email efforts, identify potential customers, key decisions makers, and opportunities to sell products to the appropriate market and individual.
• Coordinate sales activities within sales territory, company division, or product line, as appropriate.
• Collaborate with established and prospective customers to identify appropriate solutions for their current needs, as well as establish future opportunities.
• Coordinate with project management team to ensure accurate and timely proposals and revisions, including submitting proper information for quoting process.
• Record customer interaction and progress in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Continuously educate on product knowledge.
• Provide superior customer service and support throughout sales lifecycle, including answering questions, ensuring order accuracy, and managing expectations.
• Analyze sales data to detect trends and anticipate needs (i.e., regional, customer specific, etc.).
• Assist with creation or revisions of price schedules, discount rates, and other metrics that would affect gross profit.
• Prepare required reports in regular frequency.

• Forum ownership + support routing: ensure every thread gets answered or redirected correctly (docs, support ticket, technical escalation)
• Hands-on technical help: help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unblock
• Automation + workflows: build systems that make support fast and scalable (macros, templates, AI workflows, routing)
• Community programs: ambassadors, rewards/recognition, office hours, AMAs, hackathons
• Feedback loop: triage/categorize/summarize themes and feed them into roadmap decisions; build lightweight fixes for recurring issues when needed

Technical Community Lead

Operations

• Billing operations: refunds, disputes/chargebacks, invoices, plan changes, account migrations, access issues
• Non-technical support: handle requests when AI support fails or users need human help
• Triage and routing: classify issues, gather context, and escalate to Technical Support/Engineering with clean repro details
• SLAs and outcomes: define and run response SLAs, backlog health, and customer outcome accountability
• Escalations + prioritization: manage hot accounts, incidents, and cross-team prioritization with engineering/product
• Light commercial motion: coordinate renewals/upsells, identify expansion signals, and hand off to sales/success when needed
• Operating cadence: weekly reviews, tooling, macros, playbooks, and continuous improvement across support ops

Support Engineer

• Own escalations: take the most technical support tickets and unblock users quickly
• Deep debugging: reproduce issues, inspect logs, isolate root causes, and propose fixes/workarounds
• Architecture guidance: advise on app structure, data modeling, auth, payments, performance, and deployment patterns
• Incident handling: diagnose platform issues vs user issues, coordinate internally, communicate status clearly
• Knowledge base: write high-signal docs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
• Automation: build tooling to detect common failures, generate better diagnostics, and reduce repeat tickets
