Requirements

- Experience with code quality and effectively working in monorepos
- Proven track record of shipping features to customers
- Strong experience in context and harness engineering best practices
- Proficient with core stack: TypeScript, React, containers, Postgres, Redis, and Temporal
- Capable of enhancing workflow with AI coding
