About the role

  • Manage and grow assigned retail and wholesale accounts
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM
  • Identify and pursue new retail and wholesale opportunities
  • Coordinate with company leadership and operations to ensure smooth execution of purchase orders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in supplements, natural products, or consumer packaged goods
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with retail buyers or distributors preferred
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
  • Strong organization and pipeline management skills
Benefits
  • Commission is calculated on net collected revenue (cash received by the company after returns, chargebacks, allowances, and credits).
  • Commission Rates 1.5% on net revenue from existing accounts
  • 4.0% on net revenue from new accounts and approved expansion revenue
  • Accelerator of +0.5% on incremental revenue above quarterly targets
  • Commission is earned only after customer payment is received and reconciled.
  • Commissions are paid twice monthly within 15 days after receipt of payment.
  • A 90-day commission tail applies to purchase orders resulting from documented opportunities initiated prior to termination and recorded in the CRM.
  • Bonuses are available for:
  • Achieving weekly SKU velocity targets across designated products
  • Securing store expansion approvals
  • Obtaining authorization for new SKUs
  • Securing promotional features or placements that meet margin requirements
