About the role

  • Main point of contact for partners and close collaboration with internal teams
  • Develop account strategies and implement them to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain long-term relationships with B2B partners
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, claims management, and customer support
  • Monitor internal and partner processes to ensure optimal product integration
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve issues as they arise
  • Analyze industry, market, and business trends and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in (Key) Account Management, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of insurance services, other financial services, or SaaS business models
  • Experience in project or process management, business case analysis, or business development
  • Customer-focused, structured and strategic working style with a forward-thinking mindset
  • Proactive communication, professional stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and drive tasks independently
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Excellent German and English language skills
