About the role
- Main point of contact for partners and close collaboration with internal teams
- Develop account strategies and implement them to achieve business objectives
- Maintain long-term relationships with B2B partners
- Work closely with product development, marketing, claims management, and customer support
- Monitor internal and partner processes to ensure optimal product integration
- Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and resolve issues as they arise
- Analyze industry, market, and business trends and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Requirements
- Several years of experience in (Key) Account Management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of insurance services, other financial services, or SaaS business models
- Experience in project or process management, business case analysis, or business development
- Customer-focused, structured and strategic working style with a forward-thinking mindset
- Proactive communication, professional stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and drive tasks independently
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent German and English language skills
