About the role

  • Claims management with responsibility: You handle claims end-to-end — from the initial notification to final settlement — ensuring our customers are supported quickly and reliably.
  • Point of contact for customers & partners: You are the first point of contact for customers, brokers and service providers, coordinate communication and ensure smooth handling of each case.
  • Technical all-rounder: You independently handle electronic damage cases (e.g., smartphones, laptops, wearables).
  • Independent decisions: You make goodwill decisions within your area of responsibility and find pragmatic solutions that are economically sensible and customer-focused.
  • Escalations & special cases: You handle escalation cases within the defined scope and ensure clear, fair decisions even in complex situations.
  • Process designer: You actively contribute to modernization and optimization projects in claims management and help make processes more efficient and digital.

Requirements

  • Professional background: You have completed commercial or technical vocational training and ideally have experience in handling insurance claims.
  • Technical understanding: You have basic electrical/electronic knowledge—particularly in electronics (smartphones, laptops, etc.)—and can realistically assess damage.
  • Independent working: You approach tasks proactively and responsibly, think solution-oriented and maintain an overview even under high workload.
  • Communication skills: You enjoy interacting with people, can explain technical matters clearly and work closely with internal and external partners.
  • You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Customer orientation: You enjoy shaping service—fast, transparent and with real added value for our customers.
  • Methodical understanding: Initial experience in process management is a plus; you recognise optimization potential and actively contribute to improvement processes.
