About the role
- You handle qualified customer and partner inquiries via email and ensure reliable communication with our B2B partners.
- You support the B2B team and accounting with the monthly partner billing.
- You maintain and update our master data and coordinate relevant changes with accounting.
- You process and check end-customer orders and enter them into our internal systems.
- You create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for importing bulk orders.
- You contribute to projects aimed at optimizing our processes and workflows.
- You assist in the further development of our internal systems and tools.
- You produce statistics, overviews and decision-making materials and ensure structured documentation of our records.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training or have initial experience in an administrative, sales-related, or service-oriented environment (e.g., sales, operations, call center).
- You work in an organized, independent and responsible manner.
- You communicate in a friendly, clear and service-oriented way with partners and colleagues.
- You are confident in the Microsoft Office environment, especially Excel.
- Ideally, you have experience with CRM or support tools such as HubSpot.
- You enjoy working in a team, show initiative and actively support shared goals.
- You think solution-oriented and proactively and approach new tasks in a structured way.
- You have very good German skills and good English skills.
