• Oversee execution of one of the company's most strategic business initiatives including: Enterprise ERP implementation and global deployment; Global process standardization; Enterprise data governance initiatives; Global part numbering standardization; General Ledger redesign and financial process alignment; Salesforce modernization; Enterprise application modernization; Cloud-first technology adoption; Organizational change management and user adoption.
• Convert strategic vision into an executable enterprise program.
• Build and maintain integrated program plans.
• Establish governance structures and executive reporting.
• Manage program scope, budget, milestones, and success metrics.
