Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee execution of one of the company's most strategic business initiatives including: Enterprise ERP implementation and global deployment; Global process standardization; Enterprise data governance initiatives; Global part numbering standardization; General Ledger redesign and financial process alignment; Salesforce modernization; Enterprise application modernization; Cloud-first technology adoption; Organizational change management and user adoption.
Convert strategic vision into an executable enterprise program.
Build and maintain integrated program plans.
Establish governance structures and executive reporting.
Manage program scope, budget, milestones, and success metrics.
Drive accountability across all workstreams.
Drive cross-functional alignment.
Manage complex dependencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years leading enterprise technology programs
Multiple successful ERP implementations
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ERP execution—not strategy alone
Industrial manufacturing experience
Global ERP deployment experience
Experience managing enterprise PMOs
Experience managing large systems integrators
Executive steering committee leadership
Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies
Strong understanding of cloud-first enterprise architecture
Strong understanding of enterprise integration
Strong understanding of IT and Operational Technology (OT)
Strong understanding of data governance
Strong understanding of master data management
Strong understanding of configure vs. customize implementation approaches
Strong understanding of enterprise application modernization
