About the role
- Design, implement, test, and document functionality based on customer business requirements and workflows
- Plan, lead, organize and control projects from beginning to end
- Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers during all phases of the implementation project
- Manage multiple/simultaneous implementation projects
- Resolve advanced customer escalations
- Track all correspondence and completed tasks to provide accurate record of account/project history.
- Recognize and provide input into process improvement
Requirements
- Typically, 2 to 4 years of related professional experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent ability to professionally understand and diffuse stressful situations
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, CRM, SaaS applications, and internet browsers
- Excellent technical skills including (Network configurations, WANs, Citrix, Virtual Server, 3rd party ISPs, Windows SQL Server, hosted solutions, etc.)
- Project management experience and/or certifications (CAPM, PMP, Project+, etc.) preferred.
