About the role
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Independently manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing
- Conduct sales negotiations and presentations, including preparing proposals
- Sell services and software products related to our ECM/EIM portfolio
- Continuously build and expand customer relationships through relationship management
- Analyze trends and customer needs to optimize the sales strategy
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for defined target markets and industries
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand presence and generate leads
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities after contract signing
- Work closely with adjacent departments such as PMO and Consulting
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, an IT-related degree, or commercial vocational training
- Several years of experience in sales or sales-related roles for software solutions and/or business applications
- Experience and expertise in digitalization and automation of business processes, as well as IT-strategic topics
- Confident and professional presence in customer meetings and technical competence in the IT solutions business
- Analytical and structured working style with strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Assertiveness and a proven ability to close deals
- Customer-focused with entrepreneurial thinking and approach
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of sectors such as social services, municipal administration, or the energy and utilities industry
