About the role

  • Development, integration and implementation of IT solutions in the ECM/ERP area
  • Analysis of current-state processes together with our solution architects, development of target-state workflows and implementation of the corresponding functional specifications
  • Responsibility for project rollouts, customer support and the development of document management systems
  • Monitoring the test phase, production deployment and conducting training sessions
  • Support in requirements analysis and IT conceptual design in collaboration with the team and customers

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical discipline with basic business knowledge, or vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker); equivalent qualifications welcome
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in customer consulting or in technical project environments
  • Good business administration knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and initial experience with ECM desirable
  • Basic knowledge of a scripting language and familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases is an advantage
  • Team player, flexible, strong consulting skills and a solution-oriented work style
