About the role
- Build and expand a new CRM system as the single source of truth for all customer data and customer interactions
- Create, implement and optimize email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs and other automated marketing activities across the entire customer lifecycle
- Analyze, segment and activate customer data to ensure targeted, relevant audience engagement
- Train team members and other departments on marketing automation and CRM best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in CRM and marketing automation
- Solid experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, SFMC, MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and project management skills, high consultative competence and confident stakeholder management
- Solution-oriented, independent working style, strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and segmentation; team-player attitude
