About the role

  • Lead and recruit brokers in the group insurance (collective benefits) market
  • Promote delegated management and co-broking
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Review and analyze tender specifications and client requirements
  • Develop, monitor, and ensure the profitability of the client portfolio
  • Manage client onboarding and transitions into management
  • Participate in cross-functional projects
  • Work closely with all teams

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Insurance, Finance, Banking, or Management
  • At least 5 years' experience in health insurance and/or group risk (employee benefits)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player mindset
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Office 365)
  • Good command of written French (spelling and grammar)
