About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients independently
- Lead and participate in consulting engagements with the sales teams
- Ensure the technical and contractual arrangements are secure
- Analyze and present technical profit-and-loss accounts
- Negotiate renewals
- Knowledge of the market and competitive environment
- Benchmark competing offers
- Contribute to portfolio development and capture new business opportunities
- Contribute to tenders (RFPs) and client presentations
- Manage a team of 3 people
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in International Mobility (employee benefits/social protection for large corporate clients)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work autonomously in client relationships and assignments
- Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and identify areas requiring attention
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Negotiation skills
