• Management and administration of Compliance training courses (online training)
• Compliance assessment of business partners (e.g. distributors)
• Ensuring quarterly compliance controls are tested and adhered to
• Handling of sanctions screening alerts
• General administration support to the Compliance & Data Protection team
• Responding to customer and internal inquiries re Compliance Program
• Monthly progress reporting to management
• Maintain and update cases in the Whistleblowing system
• Take minutes during investigation meetings and ensure secure storage of records
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
