About the role
- Management and administration of Compliance training courses (online training)
- Compliance assessment of business partners (e.g. distributors)
- Ensuring quarterly compliance controls are tested and adhered to
- Handling of sanctions screening alerts
- General administration support to the Compliance & Data Protection team
- Responding to customer and internal inquiries re Compliance Program
- Monthly progress reporting to management
- Maintain and update cases in the Whistleblowing system
- Take minutes during investigation meetings and ensure secure storage of records
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
Requirements
- Min 3-4 years experience in international company in a regional or global role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with IT tools and AI solutions to optimize workflow efficiency is a plus
