About the role

  • As a Customer Success Manager, you are the main point of contact for our customers — from implementation to successful use of our software.
  • You work closely with finance teams and help them replace Excel-based processes with modern, scalable controlling and planning solutions.
  • Responsible for onboarding and implementing new customers
  • Conduct implementation calls, workshops and product trainings
  • Analyze and optimize finance and controlling processes
  • Advise finance teams on rolling out our software
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to further develop our platform

Requirements

  • Background in accounting, controlling, tax advisory or finance operations
  • Experience with DATEV or similar systems, and an interest in financial software and digitalization
  • Structured and highly organized working style – you keep an overview even when handling many tasks
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken German
