Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Handle mass / high-volume hiring across multiple roles and projects (mainly Customer Support positions)
• Build and maintain a strong and sustainable candidate pipeline using diverse sourcing channels
• Partner with external recruitment vendors and agencies when required
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process
• Create, update, and manage job descriptions and job postings
• Support hiring managers in interview coordination, decision-making, and offer negotiations
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and internal guidelines
• Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and analytics
• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities when needed
