About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operations including timekeeping, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination
- Foster a positive work environment by organizing team activities, performance feedback cycles, and employee engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
- Serve as the point of contact for HR-related questions and employee support
- Assist with implementation of company-wide HR initiatives and tools
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or office administration
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR policies
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Based in Cebu or willing to relocate; remote work possible to start
