About the role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Coordinate and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including timekeeping, leave tracking, and basic payroll coordination
  • Foster a positive work environment by organizing team activities, performance feedback cycles, and employee engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR-related questions and employee support
  • Assist with implementation of company-wide HR initiatives and tools

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or office administration
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR policies
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Based in Cebu or willing to relocate; remote work possible to start
