About the role

  • Acquire new clients and grow relationships with existing key accounts within the FMCG sector.
  • Deliver sales, margin, and development targets for your managed product category.
  • Analyze client needs and present tailored commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, contracts, and promotional activities within approved budgets.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competition, and category performance to identify opportunities.
  • Represent the company in client interactions and industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Logistics, Category Management, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure seamless account execution.
  • Apply strong market insight, category expertise, and product understanding to bring added value to retail partners.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager (or similar role) in FMCG, particularly in modern trade (discounters, Żabka); experience in distribution companies is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience introducing products into retail chains, especially discounters.
  • Ability to analyze profitability, costs, ROI of promotions, and multiple data variables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • A team mindset, combined with independence and ownership of your accounts.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while staying results-oriented.
  • Confidence in understanding, interpreting, and adjusting commercial contract terms.
  • Valid category B driving license.
