About the role

  • Support the development of projects for new digital media deployments and define installation locations;
  • Act as a facilitator between Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Planning teams to enable project implementation;
  • Organize and lead alignment meetings among the involved departments;
  • Organize and lead kick-off meetings with the client, project manager and involved teams (scope, schedule, documentation, safety and approvals);
  • Monitor the work of vendors responsible for media installations;
  • Support contracting and document management for suppliers involved in the projects;
  • Ensure that all documents required for installation are delivered and validated;
  • Support financial control of projects and CAPEX management;
  • Monitor budgets, measurements and financial flows with the project manager;
  • Ensure compliance with the physical and financial schedules of the deployments;
  • Assist malls and partners with the legalization/permit process for digital media with the competent authorities;
  • Control and consolidate project documentation, including permits, approvals and technical records;
  • Consolidate and organize final project books;
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Commercial teams regarding new products and deployments;
  • Ensure internal teams have access to up-to-date project information;
  • Consolidate the final documentation for availability to the Field Service team;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed; Engineering or Architecture.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Experience with OOH/DOOH media;
  • Experience managing or overseeing deployment/implementation projects;
  • Experience overseeing construction works or installations;
  • Experience with CAPEX control;
  • Experience with projects in malls and airports;
