- First point of contact for care facilities and patients in Germany
- Respond to inquiries about orders, deliveries and prescription processing
- Structured escalation/forwarding to 2nd level support
- Actively shape and improve the ticketing and CRM systems
- Develop practical FAQs, guides and process improvements
- Ensure accurate master data and documentation
Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Strong communication skills in German (C1–C2)
