About the role
- Comprehensive legal advice to the executive team and employees
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all company contracts in German and English (e.g., cooperation, non-disclosure, service agreements)
- Handling matters in the areas of medical, competition, social security and general civil law
- Correspondence with health insurance providers and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (Second State Examination) with at least 2–3 years of professional experience
- Relevant experience working in-house, at a law firm or as an interim Legal Counsel
- Technical affinity (including AI applications in the legal domain)
- Business-fluent German and English language skills
- Independent, structured and meticulous working style with strong personal responsibility
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach (startup mentality)
- Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills for C-level advisory
