  • Lead execution on brand strategy and vision for 2026 and beyond
  • Lead consumer-facing marketing efforts across Hello Sunshine and Reese’s Book Club
  • Identify opportunities for growth and brand alignment across company and implement strategies
  • Ensure visual identity supports KPI goals
  • Lead projects to bring brand to life across organization
  • Put overarching marketing and creative strategies into action across channels, promotions, partnerships, events and community tactics
  • Partner with creative team to develop briefing materials
  • Oversee book marketing/promotional aspects of Reese’s Book Club monthly picks, reading books, supporting publisher relations, solidifying plans, coordinating shoots if applicable
  • Build and manage relationships with RBC authors for organic marketing
  • Develop editorial strategy for Hello Sunshine and Reese’s Book Club and handle approvals process
  • Manage day-to-day needs of Hello Sunshine podcast The Bright Side
  • Work with analytics team to synthesize performance data and recommend optimizations
  • Support partnerships teams with brand POV, brainstorms, concepts and campaign execution
  • Collaborate on larger commerce strategy
  • Manage marketing tools and vendors (Klaviyo/email platforms preferred)
  • Expand audiences and channels outside of RBC book picks and partnerships
  • Own marketing KPIs, tracking and reporting on performance

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing and brand strategy experience; preferably from an agency or entertainment brand (ideally talent led)
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams within complex org structures
  • You are well versed in social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, You Tube Shorts, etc., and have practical experience on how content is distributed and consumed on those platforms
  • Experience within the book publisher space is preferred
