• Partner cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop innovative, culturally relevant solutions.
• Operate as an expert on Hello Sunshine’s IP, talent, and cultural positioning - evolving media landscape to effectively position offerings in market.
• Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative sales culture focused on creativity, accountability, and results.
• Leverage tentpole moments (e.g., Shine Away) as entry points to broader platform partnerships
