About the role

  • Take commercial responsibility for strategically relevant RFQs with a focus on margin and profitability management.
  • Conduct complex price and contract negotiations outside standardized frameworks.
  • Analyze recurring operational issues and develop structural solutions to achieve sustainable performance improvements.
  • Manage commercially critical situations during supply chain instability or logistical challenges.
  • Evaluate customer-policy changes with regard to their impact on profitability and pricing structures.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental measures and define clear commercial courses of action.
  • Act as a strategic interface between Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Management.
  • Challenge existing pricing models and actively drive margin-oriented optimizations.

Requirements

  • At least five years of solid B2B sales experience, ideally in strategic account management.
  • Proven track record in complex sales environments with significant financial responsibility.
  • Ability to analyze pricing structures and a detailed understanding of margin mechanics.
  • Confident negotiation skills at senior and management level with a focus on sustainable profitability.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without formal line-management authority.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive decision-making and strong sense of ownership.
  • Technical aptitude and quick ability to learn complex products (PCB knowledge advantageous).
  • Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and fluent English (minimum B2).
