Prepare cash flow reports, liquidity overviews and forecasts for various reporting units.
Review and correct digitally pre-recorded vouchers to ensure clean booking quality.
Resolve invoice and travel expense discrepancies in close coordination with internal departments and external contacts.
Manage foreign currency transactions, intercompany cash flows and factoring processes.
Perform cash pooling tasks and actively contribute to optimizing internal cash balances.
Serve as the central point of contact for banks on operational matters, audits, contracts and projects.
Support the Treasury and Accounting teams with accounting-related queries and ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting, Treasury or Financial Accounting.
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification.
Confident user of SAP FI, MS Excel and common online banking systems.
Structured, discreet and reliable work style – also in a dynamic environment.
Strong numerical affinity, attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and business-fluent English, spoken and written (minimum C1).
