About the role
- Responsibility for the entire commercial and operational recruiting process, including apprenticeship positions
- Close collaboration with hiring managers and regional HR Business Partners to effectively implement hiring needs
- Use of various assessment methods in the selection and interview process to identify candidates who are a professional, personal and cultural fit
- Long-term conceptual and strategic support of hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Openness to digital and innovative trends and active participation in HR marketing activities
- Active contribution to cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR
- Relevant HR experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a logistics environment, both in-house and in recruitment consulting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demanding targets
- Confident user of applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday, and of M365
- Understanding of HR interfaces and experience working in a matrix organization
- Willingness to continuously adapt personal working methods and processes to optimize performance, combined with a strong service orientation and expectation of on-site presence
- Fluent German language skills
