About the role

  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in the global Workday implementation project
  • Help maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports
  • Support stakeholder communication and reporting activities
  • Assist in monitoring project milestones and deliverables
  • Support the preparation, logistics, and documentation of training sessions and workshops
  • Support data validation tasks and help prepare data reports for project tracking
  • Gain insights into cloud-based HR system implementation and global project governance

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in business administration, international management, business informatics, business psychology (preferably with a focus on HR and digitalization), or a comparable field of study
  • Theoretical knowledge in personnel and digital development
  • Initial practical experience with HR technology
  • Interest in project management, digitalization, and HR
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and organizational ability
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Proficient English skills; German language skills are a plus
  • Regular on-site presence at our headquarters in Osnabrück (approximately 2–3 times per week)
