About the role
- Nurture and grow relationships with assigned client accounts to drive retention and expansion of books of business
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide strategic guidance on their digital marketing efforts
- Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights for clients
- Proactively plan and execute client campaigns, leveraging internal and external resources for optimal performance
- Ensure an exceptional end-to-end client experience
- Prepare and present professional, detailed monthly reports and presentations
- Lead regular client meetings and status calls
- Collaborate closely with our SEO, SEM, & CRO engineering teams, facilitating direct communication when needed
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and renewal
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing account management
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies - SEM and SEO
- Strong background in managing B2B and B2C client relationships and driving account success
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confident, engaging communication style
- Grace under pressure and the ability to effectively address client concerns
- Results-driven approach with a positive, high-energy attitude
- Ability to thrive in both autonomous and collaborative work environments
- Working knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Relevant home service industry experience is a plus.
