About the role

  • - Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing logistics, when necessary
  • - Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • - Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • - Take minutes during meetings
  • - Conduct in-depth business analysis to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and presentations.
  • - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing analytical support and generating relevant reports.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and information necessary for analysis and reporting.
  • - Setting up and management of reminders for the executive.
  • - Conduct online research when required.
  • - Proofread and edit business materials, reports, etc.

Requirements

  • - 2 - 3 years demonstrated administrative support experience
  • - Excellent research, presentation, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • - Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • - Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • - Ability to multitask and work independently
  • - Problem-solving and decision making
  • - Proactivity and self-direction
  • - Excellent interpersonal skills
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
  • - Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is an added advantage.
  • - Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • - Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
