Requirements

  • 5+ years enterprise B2B sales in oil & gas (drilling contractors, upstream operators, or oilfield service companies)
  • Proven new business track record: prospecting and closing net-new enterprise accounts.
  • Specific metrics (ARR closed, deal sizes) are strong signals.
  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience with 6-9 month sales cycles where technical credibility and ROI justification matter.
  • Problem-first approach: lead with customer challenges, not product features.
  • Technical fluency: discuss edge computing, industrial IoT, AI/ML, and OT/IT convergence credibly with technical buyers.
  • Commercial judgment: know when to qualify out, when to bring in pre-sales, how to prioritize for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent English communication across operations, safety, and technology stakeholders.
  • Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
