About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our B2C customers: you answer questions about products, features, availability, and orders.
  • You find pragmatic solutions and reliably follow up on every matter until it is resolved.
  • Tent service & minor repairs: you carry out small repairs on our HEIMPLANET tents (e.g., replace poles, swap air tubes) and coordinate further steps in the service process when required.
  • RE-Store preparation: you refurbish used tents and backpacks so they are clean, functional, and ready for sale.
  • Loan tents & ambassador materials: inspection, cleaning, and preparation of loan and test tents. You ensure our ambassadors are perfectly equipped.
  • Documentation & claims: you record warranty and service cases and ensure careful documentation in the system for smooth processing.
  • Support in the office & store: you assist the team with organizational tasks and help wherever support is needed.

Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with customers.
  • Hands-on mentality and no fear of small repairs.
  • Reliability, a sense of order, and an eye for detail.
  • Willingness to take on flexible and varied tasks.
  • Outdoor affinity is a plus — but not required!
