About the role

  • Configures equipment for new employees;
  • Keeps the asset list up to date;
  • Solves hardware and software issues;
  • Manages AD accounts;
  • Checks received security alerts and escalates them if necessary;
  • Helps implementing new software/hardware solutions;
  • Must work from the office when it’s needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Good technical skills and knowledge of Windows OS
  • English is a must (good verbal and writing)
  • Hardware knowledge (swap ram sticks, change SSD/HDD, etc)
