• Develop and implement a forward-looking IT strategy to support company objectives, and evaluate and integrate new technologies
• Responsible for the provision, maintenance, further development and support of all IT systems (servers, PCs, software, networks, peripherals)
• Lead, mentor and develop the IT team while ensuring adherence to compliance and governance requirements
• Plan, manage and monitor IT projects and budgets
• Create and implement IT policies, security concepts, and backup and disaster recovery strategies, including regular testing to ensure effectiveness
• Maintain clear and regular communication with management, business units and external partners to ensure effective delivery of IT services
