Risk

• Support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of operational risks
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks

• Assist Operations & Treasury team in daily routines, including clearing brokers reconciliations and internal booking validation.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in bank inflow and outflow reconciliations and trade-related processes.
• Support trade event processing and validation of trade flows across different business lines.
• Assist Treasury activities such as currency hedging, cash management reporting, and monitoring of investments.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the development and maintenance of operational tools and reports.

Operations, Treasury Intern

• Support the day-to-day activities of the Operational Risk team, including risk documentation, internal controls and reporting.
• Assist with the Operational Risk framework, including RCSA activities, action plan tracking, internal controls and operational incident management.
• Support process mapping, documentation and process improvement initiatives using methodologies and tools such as SIPOC, BPMN, Visio and ARIS Express.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations and management reports.
• Maintain and organize policies, procedures, risk and control matrices, process flows and other governance documentation.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to collect information, supporting documentation and action plan updates.
• Support continuous improvement, process standardization and automation initiatives.

Operational Risk Intern

• Calculate direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, Cofins and ISS), ensure correct application of current legislation and the accuracy of reported information
• Prepare, review and submit tax filings and ancillary obligations (ECF, EFD-Contribuições, DESIF, among others)
• Ensure tax filings are submitted within regulatory deadlines
• Manage tax deadlines, mitigating risks of assessments and penalties
• Participate in implementing the impacts of the Tax Reform (CBS and IBS)
• Review fiscal reports of offshore entities, focusing on consistency and international compliance
