About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day activities of the Operational Risk team, including risk documentation, internal controls and reporting.
- Assist with the Operational Risk framework, including RCSA activities, action plan tracking, internal controls and operational incident management.
- Support process mapping, documentation and process improvement initiatives using methodologies and tools such as SIPOC, BPMN, Visio and ARIS Express.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations and management reports.
- Maintain and organize policies, procedures, risk and control matrices, process flows and other governance documentation.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to collect information, supporting documentation and action plan updates.
- Support continuous improvement, process standardization and automation initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Law or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, VBA, Python, SQL or automation tools.
- Familiarity with process mapping methodologies.
