About the role
- Create reports and dashboards that inform key business decisions.
- Help identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure consistent and reliable data.
- Ensure database integrity, validate product features, and assist in operational testing.
- Assist the team in executing projects and maintaining data standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Some experience in a data-driven role with interest in operations and business insight.
- Strong in Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Detail-oriented with organization and execution skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
